Terms and Conditions

Payment is required upon delivery.

If the payment cannot be made on delivery as arranged, the garments will not be left. We cannot offer credits.

  • Garments will be folded or placed on hangers*. Unless specified otherwise by a customer in advance.
  • All washing/ironing will be carried out following the instructions on the label where it is legible. We take no responsibility for items that bleed, shrink, or otherwise change as a result of normal washing. We are also not responsible for garments labelled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only”. Please check garments before placing them for service.
  • Customers should inspect all items on delivery. If there are any issues, please inform us as soon as possible so we can re-iron the items.
  • Any damaged items collected will be returned un-ironed to avoid any discrepancies.
  • We cannot be held responsible for zips, buttons, hems or stitching; personal items left in clothing or bag. We cannot take responsibility for bags left unattended for collection.
  • To avoid misunderstandings and losses, please count your items before and after the service. Please let us know how many items you have put in the bag. Items will be counted on receipt. Please note that we do not operate on mass service and carry out each service individually to avoid a mixed up of garments and losses.
  • Customers are advised that they leave their garments at their own risk.
  • We offer no compensation for items lost. In the unlikely event of loss or damage where the item has been personally discussed and the proof of purchase has been shown, we will compensate up to a maximum of £30.
  • Minimum service of £15 applies for a FREE collection and delivery.
  • We reserve the right not to iron certain items, such as damaged, dirty or shiny items to avoid further damages.
  • We will keep your items to a maximum of one week. After this period, the additional charge of £5 per bag applies. Items not accepted for delivery for 2 weeks will be taken to a charity shop, unless otherwise personally arranged in advanced.
